For someone like me who grew up in Elmina and went to Shs in Komenda. Whenever I hear the issue of Komenda Sugar Factory it sudden me alot.?

Why is the Omanhene of Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem (KEEA) and his sub-chiefs not worried about this issue.

Dumelo on the Komenda Sugar factory is ironic at best. He was part of Mahama’s entourage that assembled the factory. What’s he ranting about, especially at a time when we’ve had investors come in to operationalized it?

I can revive the Komenda sugar factory if given the mandate. That factory will start producing sugar within 16 months( considering planting and harvesting of sugarcane). The factory needs about 200,000 tons of sugarcane(pa) to operate at full capacity. We can do it!

We need manufacturing n production if want alleviate poverty n stronger economy.
