Social Media Users React To Finance Minister's "100 Cedis Contribution" Statement.

Ghanaians on social media took to twitter to react after the Minister of Finance in his mid-year budget review presentation to parliament mentioned that Ghanaians would have to contribute 100 cedis each month to help in building the national cathedral.
