Netflix is asking customers to pay a fee to use their account in an additional home.
This is one measure they are instituting to clamp down on password sharing.
According to Netflix, more than 100 million people use accounts belonging to other people.
The trial is rolling out in five countries in Latin America, a region where Netflix says password sharing is particularly high.
