Africa must invest more in its own instruments for financial crisis management, President Akufo-Addo has said.
He noted that the current instruments for resolving those crises lacked input.
He said this while addressing the Boma of Africa Festival on the ongoing global economic turmoil last Sunday.
The President expressed concern about how smaller economies, often suffered the harshest consequences during global downturns.
He further called for efforts to speed up the emergence of a continental lender.
