I know what I’m doing – Ken Ofori-Atta replies critics calling for his resignation

Minister for Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta has responded to Ghanaians fed up to the back teeth who have mounted extreme pressure on the President to sack him.

These demands come on the back of the country’s rapidly deteriorating economy.

Mr. Atta was speaking to members of the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI).

He said he has felt the “pain and aches” but is more concerned about how the country overcomes its challenges.

“Nobody can really come and say ‘we don’t understand what we’re doing’,” he stated.

Ken Ofori-Atta has been under intense pressure recently to resign.

This is due to what is believed to be blatant mismanagement of the Ghanaian economy.
