Future, Drake and Tems’ popular song ‘Wait for you’ has been certified platinum in just few months.
The song was released as a promotional single in April this year from then Future’s upcoming album ‘I never liked you’.
The song debuted at number 1 on the billboard hot 100 chart.
As at May this year, the song had sold over 500,000 units in the US alone.
Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) made the announcement in a Twitter post.
Other songs certified platinum include Harry Styles’ ‘As it was’ and latin artiste Karol G’s ‘Mamiii’.
