Chinese electric carmaker Nio says that 2 people were killed when one of its vehicles fell from the third floor of the building.
The incident took place at about 17:20 local time, the firm said.
“Our company has launched investigations into the incident”, they said.
Nio’s initial statement about the incident attracted more than 1,000 comments within an hour.
People felt offended by the last part of the statement which read “not related to the vehicle itself”. The statement was taken down.
