It was earlier reported that Accra Hearts Of Oak’s recent signing Gladson Awako had been rumoured to have left the club. It was reported he had returned all the money paid to him by the club and called it quits.
Information coming from one of Ghana’s highly esteemed sports journalist Fentuo Tahiru suggest that the information is false and Gladson Awako has denied the reports. Taking to twitter Fentuo posted “JUST IN: Awako has denied the reports. He says he’s only asked for few days off because of medical reasons. But he says he hasn’t quit the club. Source: Me!”
This would come as good news to all the Hearts of Oak fans who expect Gladson Awako to suit up for their CAF champions league game against CI Kamsar
